Following the success of Orchid Palm Homes 1 and 2 construction on phase 3 has started.

The development uses high grade building materials in the construction of their properties, for example using a 20cm cast cement block to the same standard as Europe.  Most Thai buildings are built using a 6cm clay-fired brick which can deteriorate within  5-6 years. All of their block work is bonded and tied in with a concrete ring beam connecting to all main stanchions, ensuring a stronger structure. They use heat reflecting silver film under the roof tiles for roof ventilation, resulting in a cooler house and energy conservation.
