This zone runs from around 2 kilometers inland out to the west, many new developments are going up in this area as land prices have yet to reach the heights of those nearer the beach or town center. The rolling hills west of Hua Hin provide a great setting for new housing projects and many of them have taken advantage of ocean view plots. Additionally the air temperature is often a little cooler even at this slight elevation which makes a development even more pleasant.
Access to Hua Hin is primarily via a single road however most plots are accessible via the bypass road if travelling from Bangkok or Pranburi. With new golf courses and parks planned for the west of Hua Hin properties in this zone make for a good investment.
