This zone can no longer be considered Hua Hin which is approximately 10 kilometers north. With the rapid development of the Hua Hin surrounds land prices have escalated considerably forcing developers to look further afield for good sized land plot. With the attractions of Khao Tao village close by this is an ideal area for people that do not want to be in the middle of town. Own transport is essential as town center is a 20 minute drive away from some of these development.
