This zone runs from Soi 102 down to Suan Son and around 2 kilometers inland out to the west. It is probably the most highly concentrated zone for new developments. Suitable for those that like to be relatively close to the beach but away from the hussle and bussle of town center which is around 10 minutes away by car. Land prices are still relatively inexpensive out here and they offer the advantages of close proximity to Khao Takiab and Suan Son. Many developments here can boast ocean views and hillside settings.
