This zone can not really be considered Hua Hin as it is in Petchaburi province and not Prachuab however many of the developments are closer to Hua Hin than Cha-am. Properties and developments in the Cha-am area tend to be cheaper unless they are beach front as the area is a lot quieter and less developed than Hua Hin. Much of the land on the ocean side of Petchkasem Road is owned by the military or the royal familiy so the housing projects tend to be further west however there are quite a few sea front condominium projects being developed.
