This zone runs from around 4 kilometers north of Hua Hin town center up to and just past the border with Petchaburi province. It stops where the runway from Hua Hin airport crosses Petchkasem Road approximately 7 kilometers north of town and runs approximately 2 kilometers back from the coast.

This zone has very good access to major roads and is town is only a ten minute drive away. Developments closer to the beach will be higher in price and those further to the north west of this zone will be cheaper. A new road has been proposed which will link up the villages further out and provide an even better transportation infrastructure. Most of the developments here are located in the Bor Fai sub district although Soi 6 has undergone massive development in the last couple of years.
