This zone runs to around 4 kilometers north and south of Hua Hin and approximately 2km inland. It is the most developed zone and the most expensive due to proximity to the town center. There are fewer new developments in this zone as there is little land left available for development. Those that do exist tend to have smaller land plots and more houses per square meter, many are already sold out and are developing phases two and even three.
With all major roads and town center only 5-10 minutes away this is the most desireable zone to live in for those that need instant accessibility to Hua Hin's shops and amenities. Many properties in the central zone are re-sales and will not be featured on this map unless they are on one of the new developments.
