Properties at the Boathouse Hua Hin

114 villa style single houses and 4 luxurious tropical garden condominiums are built on more than 72 rais of land. Every house is attached to the 15,000 square-meter free-form swimming pool, 1.2-1.3 meters deep, this lies in front of the 4 condominiums, passes all the houses, and goes right through to end at the beach.

At the corner between Central Lagoon Zone and Beachfront Zone is the Lighthouse, a multipurpose building containing a restaurant, an in-door exercise room, a library, and a party hall for everyone in the project to use plus a car park for residents of the Beachfront Villas with electric golf cars connecting the car park and the houses.

There is a CCTV system installed and a tall fence constructed around to maintain safety in the project area while security guards are also posted at the development. In addition, every house is equipped with a home automation system that not only provides more security but also allows remote control of selected appliances through mobile phone and the Internet for the owners. The fresh water reservoir contains 4 days of usage for all houses in times of water supply shortage.  All cables in the project are laid underground.

There are 4 condominiums, namely Condo A, Condo B, Condo C, and Condo D in short. The living units range from 1 bedroom with about 60 sqm. to 4 bedroom penthouses with over 300 sqm. living space. Presently, only Condos A and C are for selling. Each of the buildings is designed to have a fan shape to enable widest panoramic view possible and to be single corridor residential structure.

Central Lagoon Villas located in the Central Lagoon Zone refer to the 19 houses surrounding the lagoon in the middle of the project. Built on a 92-132 sq.wah of land, each house has 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 car parking spaces, and a 3.8 x 2.5 meters private Jacuzzi engraved with glass mosaic on the 2nd floor right outside the living room.

Waterfront Villas refer to the houses around Lagoons 1, 2, 3, and 4 which, in turn, populate Central Lagoon. Lagoons 1 and 3 are on the right (south) while Lagoons 2 and 4 are on the left (north) of Central Lagoon. At present, only Waterfront Villas in Lagoon 1 and Lagoon 3 are for selling. There are 3 subtypes of Waterfront Villas.

Beachfront Villas are in the Beachfront Zone which is by the sea (50 meters away from the high sea level.) Every Beachfront Villa has an excellent view of the sea and has no car park but is provided with 2 car parking spaces at the Lighthouse nearby. This aims to make the area a pollution free zone. There are electric golf cars connecting between the car park and the villas.
